Entering her second season at the helm, Head Coach Caryn Sibiskie is building on a strong foundation for the future of Nichols Women's Volleyball. Through a focus on player development, competitive excellence, and a positive team culture, the program continues to grow both on and off the court. Donor support provides enhanced training opportunities, recruiting resources, and championship-caliber experiences that help our student-athletes reach their full potential.

• VolleyMetrics Performance Analysis Platform – Give our coaches and student-athletes access to advanced video breakdown, statistical analysis, and scouting tools that elevate player development and match preparation.
   
• Support Our 2027 Out-of-Region Team Travel – Help provide airfare and lodging so our student-athletes can compete against outstanding competition, represent Nichols College on a larger stage, and create lifelong memories together.
   
• Mental Performance Coach for Our Team – Support the mental side of the game by giving our student-athletes access to a sports psychology professional who can strengthen confidence, resilience, leadership, and performance under pressure.
