Under new leadership of Head Coach Sebastian Noordzy, Nichols Men's Volleyball is entering an exciting new era built on a commitment, competitive excellence, player development, and a championship culture. As the program continues to grow, donor support provides the resources needed to enhance recruiting, elevate the student-athlete experience, and equip the Bison to compete for Conference of New England championships and NCAA Tournament opportunities.

• Training Equipment Upgrades - including a durable setters target and a durable passing target to allow athletes to improve their precision with the coaching staff or on their own. 
   
• Gear and Apparel - including practice shirts, warm-ups shirts, and travel gear to provide athletes a sense of identity and pride in Nichols MVB.
   
• Player Development Technology - including AI video analysis platforms such as BallTime and attack/serve velocity measuring devices such as Radar Guns to allow coaching staff to better track and measure athlete development in practices and in film sessions
